This website is run by Jurney LLC, which operates HVAC Air Conditioning Estero. These terms apply when you use it or contact us by phone, text or the chat window on this site. By doing so, you agree to them.

How our service works

HVAC Air Conditioning Estero is an independent contractor referral service operated by Jurney LLC. It is not a licensed air conditioning contractor and does not perform air conditioning work. When you contact us, we match your request with an independent, licensed third-party contractor serving homes in and around Estero, Florida.

All air conditioning services are performed by those independent contractors. Each contractor gives you their own estimate, completes the work, and collects payment from you directly, under their own license. Your agreement for the work is with the contractor who performs it.

Text messaging terms

Program. Jurney LLC sends text messages for HVAC Air Conditioning Estero to customers who opt in through the chat window on this website, or who ask us to text them. Messages are about your service request: appointment confirmations and reminders, updates on a visit, estimates you asked for, and questions about the job.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. We will send one final message to confirm, and then no more.

Help. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (239) 397-2605.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to text messages to hire us or buy anything from us.

Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your phone number and your consent. We never share mobile opt in data with third parties for marketing.
