About HVAC Air Conditioning Estero
We’re a local referral service in Estero. When your AC acts up, you call or text us, and we connect you with a licensed AC contractor who works near you.
What we are
HVAC Air Conditioning Estero connects homeowners in Estero and southern Lee County with independent, licensed air conditioning contractors. We don’t repair or install anything ourselves, and we don’t employ technicians.
What we take off your hands is the part that usually eats an afternoon: searching, scrolling past the ads, reading reviews and calling around until someone can come. You tell us once what the system is doing and where you are, and we match you with a contractor who covers your neighborhood.
The company behind the service is named at the bottom of every page, and our terms spell out how the referral works.
Who does what
Our part
We answer your call or text, listen to what the AC is doing, match you with a licensed contractor near you and pass along your notes. Then we follow up to hear how it went.
The contractor’s part
They come out, find the problem and give you their own estimate. If you hire them, they do the work and bill you directly.
Your part
Tell us what’s going on, then look at the contractor’s estimate and decide whether to hire them. It’s your call the whole way.
Why Estero, and why only air conditioning
Estero is in the name because it sits in the middle of the area we cover, from Bonita Springs up to Fort Myers and out to Fort Myers Beach. The service areas page has the full list.
We stick to home air conditioning. That covers central air, heat pumps, air handlers, ductless mini-splits, thermostats, condensate drains and refrigerant leaks, plus UV lights, filtration and dehumidifiers when you want them.
Our guides explain how these systems fail in plain words, so you can follow along when a contractor talks about a swollen capacitor or a clogged drain.

Questions we get
Are the contractors your employees?
No. They’re independent, licensed local businesses. They set their own prices, do the work and bill you directly.
Why not call a company myself?
You can, and nothing stops you. Calling us saves the search: one conversation, and a licensed contractor who covers your street gets your details.
Do you handle commercial buildings?
No. We match homeowners only, including houses, villas and condos with their own split systems.
